Age restrictions
All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Children under the age of 2 may be allowed entry into an event and are permitted to sit on the lap of a responsible adult. This policy can vary at the discretion of the promoter as some performances may be deemed unsuitable. Please check the information on the event page when booking, as age restrictions may apply.
Cameras, video cameras, tape recording and the use of selfie sticks is strictly prohibited without the consent of the promoter.
Dress code
Neat dress standards at all times. No thongs or singlets. Shoes to be worn at all times.
Hearing aids need to be correctly adjusted so as not to disturb other patrons.
Large bags, rucksacks and motorcycle helmets are not permitted in the Main Auditorium. These can be cloaked at the Front of House Desk in the Main Foyer.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break during the performance.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the venue.
Purchasing tickets on the night of the performance
30 minutes prior to performances, the Box Office will only be available for sales to that night's performance.
Respect those around you
To ensure you do not disrupt the experience of those near you, please switch your mobile phone off and keep talking to a minimum during the performance.
Unauthorised re-sellers
The authorised ticket seller for any events sold on this website is Perth Concert Hall. Please be aware that Perth Concert Hall has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend an event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.
