See the Perth Concert Hall's decommissioned tunnel located under St Georges Terrace, turn into a winter wonderland: Winter ArtsBar is a place for the curious, artistic and adventurous to perform, create and play. Showcasing multi-media projections, LED installations and live performances from electronica to opera, every Friday throughout July & August, 5pm till late.
