Rotary WA Bushfire Appeal - Vintage Elvis

Perth Symphonic Chorus (PSC), supported by the Rotary Clubs of Western Australia, is presenting this Vintage Elvis Concert to aid victims of the recent bushfires.

PSC invites the public to come along on 6th February 2016 to the Perth Concert Hall to support this fundraising event. There will be Elvis impersonator Jackson Griggs with a band led by Joshua Webb and an ‘all-comers’ choir joining Dr Margaret Pride OAM and the Perth Symphonic Chorus in some of Elvis’ most well-known songs.

The audience will also join in with some sing-along favourites. The programme will include Don’t Be Lonesome Tonight, Blue Suede Shoes, Heartbreak Hotel, Jailhouse Rock and many others.

Rotary District Governors Terry Pilcher and Melodie Kevan have enthusiastically thrown their support behind this concert which will see most of the proceeds going to the Rotary WA Bushfire Appeal.

District Governor Melodie Kevan, whose Rotary District 9465 (southern WA) covers the devastating fie areas, is pleased that Rotary can continue to be involved in the relief effort to support local communities in this way.
