The Vietnam War – the world’s first televised war – inspired many of the greatest rock songs ever written and produced, including classics by John Fogarty, Bob Dylan, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Gladys Knight and Paul Simon.
Rolling Thunder Vietnam recaptures the pulse, fortitude and spirit of an extraordinary era through the intimacy of its storytelling, original war footage and the great songs that defined a generation: Fortunate Son, The Letter, Born to be Wild, What’s Going On, We’ve Gotta Get Out of This Place, Killing Me Softly With His Song and Bridge Over Troubled Water, among others.
