Western Australia's flagship jazz ensemble, the Western Australian Jazz Project returns to the Perth Concert Hall stage for a thrilling first concert performance of 2023.

Following a sell-out performance in December, the WA Jazz Project continues to 'do jazz differently' as they explore the world of Comic-Con with new arrangements of classic themes and music from the latest blockbusters. Seventeen of Perth's finest jazz musicians hit the stage to conjure a unique concert experience.

Be sure to dress up and cosplay as your favourite characters from the world of sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, and anime to experience the Western Australian Jazz Project’s celebration of the music that brings these stories to life. 

The concert will be hosted by WA comic book writer Shane McCarthy – whose work has been published internationally by DC Comics, Marvel Comics, IDW and more – and feature two spectacular vocalists, the soulful and versatile Sam Nafie and rising star Rio Berryman.
