Tchaikovsky’s greatest symphony captures with intense beauty the pain, fleeting joys and fragile triumphs of life. Opening with Anna Clyne’s dramatic and colourful music, and led by the fast-rising conducting star, Ben Gernon, this concert is full of superb artistry that will stir the soul.
