ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TONIGHT’S (Saturday 14 March) West Australian Symphony Orchestra’s Dances with Daphnis show:
In light of the Australian Government’s recommendation that all organised, non-essential gatherings of 500 or more people should not proceed we have decided to cancel tonight’s performance Dances with Daphnis – Saturday 14 March, 7:30pm.
We do this in the interests of safety for patrons, staff and artists.

All ticket holders are able to arrange exchanges to alternate events or refunds and are being contacted directly.

The sun rises on Debussy’s daydreaming faun as acclaimed French conductor Ludovic Morlot returns to WASO with this blissful program. Music of high spirits and delicious melodies culminates in Ravel’s irresistible depiction of lovers at daybreak that will dance into your heart.

Australian pianist Jayson Gillham has emerged as one of the finest of his generation. Here with WASO, he brings a sparkling clarity to Liszt’s richly intense second piano concerto.

  • Stay at home is you are sick – please don’t attend concerts if you have flu-like symptoms. Call our box office ahead of time and we’ll be happy to exchange your tickets to another suitable performance.
