WASO REMIXED 2020 begins with a dive into an extraordinary classic!

Carmina Burana has been repurposed, remixed and reworked by the best in the business for hundreds of films and TV commercials. Everyone knows it. However, there is nothing quite like the raw power of the original epic classic performed live. The wheel of fortune spins on the pleasures of lust and the perils of life in a collection of 24 medieval poems thrillingly sung by a 130-voice choir with WASO.

West Australian conductor Jessica Gethin makes her WASO debut in these Remixed Season opening concerts.
