UPDATE AND CONCLUSION: Following a digital forensic expert investigation that concluded on Monday 1 August 2022, it has been confirmed that the data Perth Concert Hall has shared with WordFly was not impacted by this incident at any point in time.

An update about Perth Concert Hall’s email marketing service provider.
Perth Concert Hall uses Wordfly, an email service provider, to communicate with customers. Wordfly recently experienced a global network outage due to a security incident.
Wordfly confirmed on Saturday 16 July, 2022 that some names and email addresses may have been impacted. This data was accessed by the perpetrator, but the data has since been removed from the perpetrator’s possession. We also have no evidence to suggest that any of this information has been, or will be, misused.
Other information held by Perth Concert Hall such as passwords or transaction history have not been impacted in any way. Customer financial information has not been impacted.

Pedestrian access to Perth Concert Hall via Terrace Road and St Georges Terrace is currently limited due to maintenance works in the area.
For directions, please view the map here.
For access to the venue from St Georges Terrace, we recommend that patrons using wheelchairs or with mobility impairment use the wheelchair ramp to the left of the venue on the Law Courts side.
All venue services, including food and beverage, and the City of Perth Concert Hall and Terrace Road car parks will operate as normal.
