STATEMENT FROM MUSICA VIVA AUSTRALIA RE: Ensemble Q Artist Change

Friday 23 July, 2021

"Due to the impact of COVID related restrictions, we are no longer able to bring you Ensemble Q on Tuesday 10 August, 7:30pm at Perth Concert Hall. However, we're delighted to announce that we'll now be joined by Wind Quintet Plus for a concert at the same time and in the same venue. With their concerts labelled by critics as an 'immaculately executed performance burst into joyful exuberance', WA-based ensemble Wind Quintet Plus have made a name for themselves with their dynamic and adventurous programming. Comprised of leading Australian soloists, the musicians combine the wind quintet with percussion to create innovative performances unlike any other. They will be presenting a program of Debussy, Piazzolla, Edwards, and more. Learn more here. Thank you for your continued support in these unpredictable times."
