In the midst of her international Have It All tour, American comedian Taylor Tomlinson has revealed she will release two new stand-up comedy specials on Netflix.
These will be her third and fourth specials with the streaming giant, following her debut, hour-long special Quarter-Life Crisis – which premiered in March 2020, just as the world was thrust into the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic – and Look at You, released last year.

Quarter-Life Crisis received rave reviews, with the New York Times including her in their ‘Best Comedy of 2020’ round-up and the Washington Post calling her “your favourite quarantine-watch”.
Tomlinson is known for her quippy, observational and sometimes cynical sense of humour. In her stand-up routines, she often candidly jokes about her dating and sex life, her mental health struggles – including depression and bipolar disorder – and her tumultuous upbringing, having been raised in a devout Christian family and losing her mother to cancer when she was eight years old.
In a recent interview with Forbes, she said, “I wanted this new, current hour to be lighter and sillier – and probably just a little more fun for myself and for the audience… Quarter-Life was kind of about not knowing who you were. And then, I think this hour is kind of about knowing who you are – but not knowing why your life isn’t where you thought it’d be.”

Tomlinson is currently touring the US and Europe and will head down under in June, the first time the comedian has ever performed in Australia. She will perform just one show in WA, right here at Perth Concert Hall.
