FAQs - Presales

Make sure you’ve registered to our mailing list at least one hour before the presale start time. The presale start time can be found on the event page.


If you're a first-time user

Registration is free and takes less than a minute – register here.

Choose the genre that best matches the performance you’re interested in. The safest option is to select ‘Everything’ so you receive all presales from us. You can update or change your preferences at any time.


If you already have an account

If you have already purchased tickets via our website, log in and check your Communication Preferences to make sure you’re registered to receive emails from us. Check that the genres you've selected for match the event/s you'd like to receive presale emails for. You can update or change your preferences at any time.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing up, check your account here.


You will be emailed a link to the presale before it commences. Follow the link directly for access to the presale.

Great! Once the presale has commenced, click the ‘Access Presale’ button in the email to go through to the event page on the website.

Click ‘Buy Now’ on the event page.

Please note, you must use the link from the email you received from us. If you do not click to our website from the email, you may not be able to access the presale.


Desktop

Click on the seating map to first select what area you’d like to sit and then your seats. You can hover over the individual seats to see their price.

Mobile

At this time, you cannot select your seats via mobile.

Click ‘Purchase Best Available Seating’ and the system will allocate your seats according to the best available for your selected number of tickets.

Firstly, make sure you check your Spam/Junk Folders.

TIP: Make sure you only purchase tickets through an authorised ticket seller - Perth Concert Hall or Ticketmaster. Please be aware that Perth Concert Hall has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers.  If you attend an event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.

If you are still having trouble, please do not create another account. Instead, please call (08) 9231 9999 or email boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au so we can check your details.

The vast majority of presales are only available online. This restriction is put in place by the promoter of each individual event. If you are able to purchase over the phone, this will be mentioned in the presale email.

Accessibility Needs and Companion Card bookings must be made over the phone, call (08) 9231 9999 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

If you have received an email from an event promoter, artist or another event partner, which includes a promo code and links to our website to buy tickets - please input the code in the Promo Code field and click 'Submit' to access the presale.
