If you are feeling unwell prior to an event, we ask that you please do not attend the performance and contact our Box Office on either boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au or 9231 9999 to discuss the options for your tickets. 

Mobile tickets, standard mail, Registered Post or collection at the venue.

Please confirm that you selected “Post” or “Registered Post” as the delivery method when you booked your tickets. Your tickets should generally arrive within 7-14 days after purchase. If your tickets don’t arrive within this timeframe, please contact the Perth Concert Hall box office on 9231 9999 or boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au as soon as possible (prior to the performance date).

Our mobile tickets are sent on a schedule of every 15 minutes. Quite often mobile tickets can go to your spam or junk folders of your inbox. In the search bar of your inbox, if you type the subject line of the email “Your Tickets” or our email address “boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au” the email should be one of the first results. The body of the email will contain a QR code for each ticket of your order.

If you still can't find your mobile tickets, please contact the Perth Concert Hall box office on 9231 9999 or boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au.

If your tickets have been lost or stolen, we can usually facilitate a ticket replacement. Please contact the Box Office on 9231 9999 or boxoffice@perthconcerthall.com.au. We are not able to replace lost or stolen General Admission tickets, so please treat them like you would cash.

At present, we don't offer print-at-home tickets but there are several ways options receiving your tickets: Regular post (no extra cost, available up until one week prior to your performance), Venue Collect (no extra cost, available from our Box Office up until show time) or Registered Post (extra fees apply). Tickets booked less than one week prior to your performance are only available as Venue Collect.

If you purchased directly through Perth Concert Hall, tickets can be collected during box office hours (9am-5pm) or from 90 minutes prior to a performance. 

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be collected during box office hours only. For tickets bought through all other resellers (e.g. Perth Festival, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Musica Viva), tickets can be collected from one hour prior to the performance. 

The handling fee factors in a variety of costs including those associated with processing and fulfilling your order and the technology to provide you with our service.

For any tickets purchased through Perth Concert Hall Ticketing, no refunds or exchanges are permissible except as provided in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Events in Australia, or at the discretion of the Promoter.

For any ticket exchanges that are permissible, there will be an exchange fee of $7.70.

If an event is cancelled all ticket holders will be emailed with instructions for receiving a refund.

Unless explicitly permitted by the promoter, taking photos of the performance is a violation of copyright and NOT permitted. If a patron is seen using a recording device, an usher will ask you to stop and your camera may be confiscated.

The authorised ticket seller for any events sold on this website is Perth Concert Hall. Please be aware that Perth Concert Hall has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers.  If you attend an event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the event.

The Perth Concert Hall box office generally opens for sales and ticket collections 90 minutes before the start of a performance.

Please note - 30 mins prior to performances, the Box Office will only be available for sales to that night's performance.

Best available seating automatically allocates seats to you based on your ticket request. It is the quickest way to purchase tickets but to ensure complete satisfaction we recommend choosing your own seats.

It is recommended you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the show, especially if you need to pick up tickets from the box office.

It is required that you turn your mobile phone off upon entry into performances. A mobile device switched to silent may still disturb other patrons due to the light so it is asked that the mobile be switched completely off.

No, there is no dress code in place at Perth Concert Hall.

If you arrive late to a performance, you will be admitted at the first suitable break determined by the promoter. Some events have a strict lock-out policy to ensure that seated patrons and performers are not disturbed. In this case the earliest admittance may be at interval.
