Paul Daniel continues his interpretations of Elgar’s great symphonies with the Second. This mighty work captures the spirit and emotions of the passing of King Edward VII, to whose memory this work is dedicated. The West Australian Symphony Orchestra's Principal Cello Rod McGrath shines in Korngold’s rarely performed Cello Concerto, encapsulating the composer’s time in Hollywood.
